See how AI recommends your store and products, then improve it.
Know exactly why AI skips your store
Mention Network scores your product page on 40 signals across the 4 areas AI relies on, and scans what the rest of the web says about you, then points to the exact problems, with the evidence behind each one.
You are not in the answer. So what is actually wrong?
The AI Visibility Check tells you whether AI names your store when shoppers ask where to buy. When the answer is no, knowing it does not fix it. Website Audit reads your product page the way AI reads it, scores what it finds, and shows you the specific things that keep you out of the answer.
See how the AI Visibility Check works →?AI names 3 other stores. Yours is not mentioned.
- 1Your title never names the brand shoppers ask for
- 2Your reviews are invisible to AI without schema
- 3Your product is not listed on Google Shopping
HOW IT WORKS
How the audit works
It reads your live product page, it reads your Shopify catalog, and it goes looking for you across the web, then scores all of it against one framework.
- 1
Run a check first
The audit builds on your AI Visibility Check. It reuses the language you picked and the answers AI actually gave, so it can judge your price against the rivals AI named. Your first product's check is free.
- 2
Pick a checked product
Choose any product that has been through a visibility check. The audit runs on that product's page, not on a vague sitewide average.
- 3
We read your page the way AI does
Mention Network crawls your live product page and reads your Shopify catalog. Then it goes off your store: your reviews, the videos creators post, the press and best-of lists that name you, the databases AI treats as fact. No code, no new permissions.
- 4
You get a scored report
Every signal is scored and weighted into the 4 factors AI relies on, so a weak spot shows up as a number with evidence, not a hunch.
The 4 factors, and how much each one counts
What your audit report shows
Five views of one question: what is holding this product page back in AI answers.
Your store's AI readiness in one number
The report opens with a single score for the product page you audited, plus how many priorities are worth fixing first. You know where you stand before reading a single detail.
AI has little reason to name your store yet
Your page is readable, but the brand, proof and feed signals AI leans on are mostly missing.
See which of the 4 things AI relies on you are failing
Your score splits into the four factors AI weighs when it picks which store to name. Each shows its share of the total, so you can tell whether you are losing points where it actually counts, or bleeding out on something minor.
| Factor | Why it matters | Share of score | Score |
|---|---|---|---|
| Trust & Authority | AI won't vouch for a store it can't verify. Reviews and mentions are the proof it checks. | 32% | 51·Moderate |
| Website Discoverability | The entry gate. If AI can't crawl and read this page, nothing else about your store counts. | 26% | 65·Moderate |
| Content Quality | AI can only recommend what it can quote. Thin or copied content gives it nothing to pull. | 24% | 40·Weak |
| Merchant Competitiveness | Shoppers ask AI for the best deal. Lagging on price or shipping gives it a reason to skip you. | 18% | 17·Weak |
Fix the heavy things first, not a list of 40
Failing checks are ranked by impact, critical first. The few that actually move your score sit at the top, so you are not left guessing which of forty items matters. Export the whole report as a PDF when you need to hand it to someone.
Top priorities to be fixed
Critical and high impact checks your store is currently failing
| # | Criterion | Score | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | Brand in titleCritical Discoverability | 0·Weak | Shoppers ask AI for a brand by name, so a title without it means AI can't tell you sell it. |
| 2 | Content originalityCritical Content Quality | 0·Weak | AI groups identical descriptions and often ignores the whole cluster, so copied text makes you invisible. |
| 3 | Price competitivenessHigh Merchant | 0·Weak | AI leans toward stores priced fairly for the same item, so being the pricey outlier gets you skipped. |
| 4 | Google reviewsHigh Trust & Authority | 0·Weak | Google reviews are a top source AI checks to recommend where to buy. No profile or thin reviews means AI has little proof to vouch for you. |
| 5 | Product identityHigh Discoverability | 0·Weak | Without brand and barcode in schema, AI can't tell you sell the exact product shoppers ask for. |
| 6 | Review schemaHigh Discoverability | 0·Weak | Your reviews may look great on the page, but AI can't actually read them without proper schema. |
| 7 | Customer benefitsHigh Content Quality | 0·Weak | Shoppers ask AI for the best product for their goal, so feature lists alone don't tell AI you fit. |
| 8 | Shipping schemaHigh Discoverability | 0·Weak | You may state your shipping, but AI only shows it in shopping panels when it's in schema. |
A diagnosis of your page, not a generic checklist
Every check carries an On your page line: one sentence about your product, backed by what we found. Not “add alt text to images”, but which of your images are missing it, and what your title says instead of the brand.
| Criterion | Score | Why it matters | On your page |
|---|---|---|---|
Brand in titleCritical Can AI tell which brand you sell from your title? | 0·Weak | Shoppers ask AI for a brand by name, so a title without it means AI can't tell you sell it. | Your title reads “5 PDRN Collagen Serum 30ml” and never names COSRX, the brand shoppers actually ask for.How to fix → |
Image descriptionsMedium Can AI understand what's in your images? | 0·Weak | AI relies on descriptions to understand your visuals, so undescribed images simply don't count. | 5 of your 6 product images have no alt text, and the sixth repeats the file name. How to fix → |
Review schemaHigh Is your rating visible to AI? | 0·Weak | Your reviews may look great on the page, but AI can't actually read them without proper schema. | Your page shows 128 reviews at 4.7 stars, but none of it is in schema, so AI reads zero. How to fix → |
Product schemaCritical Does AI get your product's core facts? | 50·Moderate | Every store shows a price, but AI only reads it reliably when it's written in proper schema. | Your schema carries price and availability, but leaves out brand and GTIN.How to fix → |
AI crawler accessCritical Are AI crawlers allowed to reach this page? | 100·Strong | If AI crawlers are blocked, your product stays invisible to AI no matter how good everything else is. | All 4 engines can reach this page. Your robots.txt blocks nothing that matters.✓ Pass |
We look outside your store, because AI does
Trust and Authority is the heaviest thing AI weighs, and three quarters of it happens somewhere you do not control. Roughly a quarter of your whole score comes from the web talking about you: your reviews, the videos creators post about you, the press and best-of lists that name you, and whether the databases AI treats as fact have heard of your brand. We check the sources that count for the market you sell into. Most store audits never leave your website. This one goes and looks, then scores what it finds.

The audit tells you what is broken. The plan tells you how to fix it.
Website Audit is the diagnosis. It names the problem and shows the evidence on your own page, and it stops there on purpose. Writing the exact fix for your product is the next step.

FAQ
Questions about the audit
Do I need to run an AI Visibility Check first?+
Yes. The audit builds on your check: it reuses the language you chose and the answers AI gave, so it can score your price against the rivals AI actually named. Your first product's check is free, and its audit is free too.
What exactly is free?+
Your first product's visibility check and its website audit are free, with no credit card. Auditing more products, re-running an audit, and getting the fix plan use credits.
What does the audit actually score?+
40 signals grouped into 4 factors: trust and authority, discoverability, content quality, and merchant competitiveness. Each signal is scored and weighted, and signals that do not apply to your market are left out instead of counted as zero.
How is this different from an SEO audit?+
Two things. It scores the signals AI reads when it decides which store to name in an answer, not how you rank in a list of links. And it does not stop at your website: about a quarter of your score comes from reviews, videos, press and databases out on the web, because that is what AI leans on to decide you are real.
Does it fix the problems for me?+
No. The audit is the diagnosis: it shows what is wrong and where. Writing the fixes is the Optimization Plan, and applying them to your storefront is the deploy step.
