Is Mention Network free to start?+
Yes. Your first product's AI visibility check and full store audit are free, with no credit card. You only pay when you check more products or use the paid fixing tools.
How does billing work?+
Paid plans are billed monthly through Shopify, in your local currency. Each plan includes a set amount of usage that covers your checks, audits and fixes, so you are never charged more than your plan without choosing to.
Is there a free trial?+
The Free plan is your trial. It never expires, so you can run your first check and full audit and see the value before you pay. There is no separate paid trial.
What happens if I run out of usage?+
You can upgrade to a higher plan, or buy more usage anytime from inside the app. Your plan's usage also refreshes at the start of each billing cycle.
Which AI engines does it check?+
The four engines shoppers use most when they ask where to buy: ChatGPT, Gemini, Google AI Mode and Claude. Every product is tested across all four.
Do I need a credit card to start?+
