Questions before you send it
What exactly do I get?
A report on one product page, covering four AI chatbots: ChatGPT, Gemini, Google AI Mode and Claude. It shows:
- Which of them name your store when a shopper asks where to buy that product.
- Which retailers get named instead of you.
- Where you sit against those retailers.
- Which buying questions you are losing.
It arrives by email as a PDF.
What does it cost?
Nothing. There is no card, no trial and no plan to cancel. We are running these while the Shopify app is being finished, because the reports tell us what merchants actually care about.
When will it arrive?
We will email it to you. We are not going to promise you a deadline we have not measured yet, so we would rather surprise you than miss a date we made up.
Why only one product?
Because each product is checked against four AI chatbots across five buying questions, so one report is real work. The Shopify app does this across your whole catalogue when it launches, which is the part you would install it for.
Do I need to install anything?
No. You paste a link, we do the rest. Nothing touches your store, and there is no code and no theme file involved.
What happens to my email?
We use it to send your report and to tell you once, when the app goes live on Shopify. You can unsubscribe from that in one click, and we do not sell or share your details.
