The Free plan

The Free plan lets you run a full AI Visibility Check and a full Website Audit on your first product at no cost, with no credit card. It never expires, so it is the way to see exactly what Mention Network shows you, and whether AI recommends your store, before you decide to pay for more.

What do I get on the Free plan?

The full result for one product, not a preview:

• All four AI engines: ChatGPT, Gemini, Google AI Mode and Claude.
• The full Visibility Check report: every buying question tested, and where your store shows up or gets skipped.
• The full Website Audit report: your store scored on all four factors, with the specific issues found.
• Both reports exported as PDF, to keep or share.

In other words, the free run is the real product on one product, not a locked-down demo.

What is not included on Free?

Free covers your first product; the paid plans cover the rest:

• More products. Free checks and audits one product. Paid plans lift that limit so you can cover your whole catalog.
• The fixing tools. The Optimization Plan (a prioritised list of what to fix) and one-click fixes are part of the paid plans, not Free.
• Ongoing usage. Paid plans include a monthly usage budget so you can keep checking and re-checking; Free is a one-time run on your first product.

Does the Free plan expire?

No. Free never expires and does not turn into a paid plan on its own. It is your trial with no clock on it, so you can run your check and audit, sit with the results, and upgrade whenever it makes sense, not because a countdown ran out.

Do I need a credit card to use Free?

No. You install the app on Shopify and run your first check and audit without entering any payment details. You only add billing when you choose to move to a paid plan, and that runs through Shopify.

How is my Free usage counted?

By count, not by percentage. On Free you have one check and one audit for your first product, and the Usage screen simply shows whether you have used them. The percentage-based monthly usage you may have read about applies to the paid plans, not to Free.

When should I move to a paid plan?

When you outgrow one product or want to act on what you found. The usual reasons are: you want to check and audit more than one product, or you want the Optimization Plan and one-click fixes to fix what the audit surfaced. If your first free run showed real gaps worth closing, that is the point to upgrade.
